A spokesman for the auction company said the building, 131 Franklin St. is being looked at by several foreign entities who are seeking to relocate executives to the United States.

Traditional immigration processes have waiting lists up to 15 years. “We strongly advise buyers who wish to pursue the L1 visa to consult with a professional immigration consultant.”
